Own Our Continuous Improvement Journey
In this role, you'll be responsible for spearheading process innovation and continuous improvement initiatives across various departments. You'll be a champion for creating a culture of continuous improvement by implementing a LEAN methodology and framework to streamline operations and drive business transformation.
What You'll Do:
- Partner with plant leadership to develop a comprehensive site master plan for implementing LEAN best practices.
- Identify opportunities and lead service improvement activities using proven process improvement methodologies.
- Conduct regular value stream reviews with plant leaders to ensure implemented practices are sustained and deliver results.
- Champion a LEAN manufacturing mindset by providing training and capability building across all levels of the organization.
- Provide ongoing production support in areas like safety, quality, throughput improvement, supply chain optimization, and cost reduction.
You're a Perfect Fit If You Have:
- A bachelor's degree in a business-related field (e.g., engineering, business administration)
- A minimum of five years of experience leading and improving manufacturing processes
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- A passion for continuous improvement and a data-driven approach to problem-solving
