You will play an integral role in overseeing all aspects of our logistics operations, including inventory management, transportation, warehousing, and distribution. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in optimizing supply chain processes, reducing costs, and improving efficiency.
The Customer Service & Logistics Manager will be responsible for:
- Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize supply chain efficiency and meet company objectives.
- Oversee inventory management, including forecasting demand, monitoring stock levels, and minimizing excess inventory.
- Coordinate transportation activities, including route planning, carrier selection, and freight negotiations.
- Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers and other external partners to ensure seamless operations.
- Supervise warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods, while maintaining strict inventory accuracy.
- Implement and maintain systems and procedures for tracking and reporting key logistics metrics, such as on-time delivery, inventory turnover, and transportation costs.
- Lead and develop a team of logistics professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support as needed.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in logistics management, and recommend process improvements and technology solutions as appropriate.
The Customer Service & Logistics Manager should have the following qualifications and skills:
- Experience in Logistics.
- BA degree in the Supply Chain field, Finance or Business or relative industry experience
- English and German speaking (Fluent)
