Your Role: As the Head of Distribution for the EMEA region, you'll be responsible for leading our client's distribution and sales efforts, driving growth and profitability across diverse markets. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing strategic plans to expand our distribution network and increase market share in the EMEA region.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with distributors, customers, and partners to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Liaising with Head of Sales EMEA & Head of Distribution APAC to drive accelerated growth, as the client looks to diversify their industry solution portfolio.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions and address customer needs in a rapidly evolving market.
What We're Looking For: We're seeking a dynamic leader with a proven track record in the semiconductor industry, particularly on the product side, in a leading distribution and sales position. The ideal candidate will possess:
- Extensive experience in semiconductor distribution and sales, with a deep understanding of the EMEA market.
- Ability & desire to begin as an individual contributor who can lead ramp up into a leadership position (leadership experience is expected)
- Strategic mindset with a focus on driving growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Fluency in English is a prerequisite, with additional language skills considered a plus.
