Title: Indirect Procurement Manager EMEA (m/f/d)
My client is looking for a talented and experienced individual to join their Procurement team as an Indirect Procurement Manager Europe. My client is an industry leading manufacturing company with nearly 40,000 employees globally, across 6 different continents. They are one of the biggest manufacturing companies in Germany - market leading in innovation and automation, operating in industries including Water/Wastewater, Medical, Mining, and alternative energy. You will be directly responsible for all the indirect spending across Europe, where there are 35+ sites, whilst managing supplier relationships.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage the indirect spend across 37 sites in Europe
- Implement strategic procurement processes
- Develop effective supplier relationships - sourcing and negotiating
- Support the intra-logistics between sites
- Report to the Global Director of Indirect Spend
- Managed a spend of โฌ150mill+
Qualifications & skills required
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) related field
- 5+ years' experience dealing with indirect procurement - MRO & Logistics
- Good level of German
- Manufacturing experience
- Proven track record developing strategic Procurement processes
