Job Title: Maintenance Manager
Location: Greater Colorado Springs Area
Overview: Join a global leader in chemical solutions powering the semiconductor industry and the digital universe. We're seeking a skilled Maintenance Manager to oversee our Maintenance team, ensuring the upkeep of our state-of-the-art manufacturing equipment and facilities.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and supervise Maintenance Technicians, Planners, Inventory Clerks, and Reliability resources.
- Ensure all maintenance work adheres to safety regulations and standards.
- Lead critical safety programs including Lock-out Tag-out Try, Confined Space, and Electrical Safety.
- Manage inventory programs for critical spare and general materials.
- Prioritize workload to respond effectively to breakdowns, minimizing plant downtime.
- Develop and implement departmental KPIs and goals.
- Conduct training sessions for maintenance staff and manage their performance and development.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Chemical Engineering.
- 5+ years of experience in general maintenance, with 2+ years in a management role.
- Strong understanding of preventive and predictive maintenance systems.
- Knowledge of regulatory standards from agencies such as OSHA and EPA.
- Ability to lead and develop staff, with project management skills.
- Continuous Improvement mindset and strong presentation skills.
- Willingness to participate in the site's Emergency Response Team.
- Must pass a post-offer drug screening prior to employment.
