A leading Food Production firm is currently seeking an experienced and driven Maintenance Supervisor to join their team in their state of the art facility in the San Franciso Bay Area. As a member of this dynamic organization, you will have the opportunity to work with leading professionals while ensuring that all maintenance activities are executed efficiently and effectively.
The Maintenance Supervisor will have the following skillset:
- 5+ years Maintenance experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Food Production, CPG or similar industry experience a plus
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years experience
- 2+ years in a Leadership position
- Working knowledge of USDA, FDA or OSHA Regulations
- GMP or cGMP manufacturing experience a plus
- LEAN/Six Sigma Certifications preferred
- Functional knowledge of 5s, TPM and similar LEAN principles
- Experience with preventative/predictive maintenance programs
- Demonstrated knowledge of electrical systems (up to 480 volts), pneumatics/hydraulics equipment repair and troubleshooting
The Maintenance Supervisor will have the following responsibilities:
- Oversee all maintenance activities on the shift
- Lead 10+ direct reports and other techs
- Troubleshoot equiptment, systems, and machinery as necessary
- Develop, implement and uphold operational KPIs
- Monitor activities on the floor and foster a preventative/predictive maintenance culture
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments such as production, engineering, safety and quality
- Utilize LEAN principles
