We are currently working with a well-renowned manufacturing institution as they search for a Procurement Manager - Electronics to join their expanding German procurement function. In this role you will be responsible for developing and implementing sourcing strategies for electronics products, as well as nominating and collaborating with suppliers on an international scale.
Responsibilities
* Develop and implement sourcing strategies for electronics products, including electronic security and electrical products
* Manage supplier relationships and ensure that suppliers deliver high-quality products on-time and at the right cost
* Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and develop procurement solutions that meet their needs
* Analyse market trends and identify opportunities to improve the procurement function
* Negotiate contracts with suppliers and ensure that all contracts are aligned with the company's procurement policies
* Monitor supplier performance and take corrective action when necessary
