Our client, a leading company in the renewable energy sector is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic individual to join their procurement department. As part of this dynamic team, you will be responsible for helping lead the transformation project with experience in process optimisation and digitisation.
Responsibilities:
- Drive change management activities throughout all phases of procurement projects
- Collaborate cross-functionally within different business units to identify improvement areas
- Establish best practices aimed at streamlining processes while maintaining quality standards
- Actively participate in strategy development efforts with senior leadership teams
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution.
-Proven track record working on process optimisation and digitisation categories.
-Demonstrated success managing complex stakeholder relationships across multiple levels of organisations;
-Outstanding communication skills both written & verbal; fluency German language desirable but not essential.
