Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of production operations while ensuring that each stage runs smoothly and efficiently. The successful applicant should have experience working with 5s implementation techniques as well as printing/stamping processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily activities related to production schedules.
- Ensure high-quality standards are maintained throughout the entire manufacturing process.
- Oversee inventory management systems through regular stock checks
- Train employees on best practices when operating machinery or using tools
Qualifications & Skills
To qualify for this position, candidates must possess relevant qualifications such as Bachelor's degree/diploma from a recognized institution coupled with several years of experience within similar roles. Relevant skills include but not limited to;
- Experience implementing lean methodologies like 5S technique which involves sorting out items needed at workstations by removing unnecessary ones thus optimizing workflow productivity,
- Possessing knowledge about different types of printers and stamping machines can significantly enhance your chances during selection
