Title: Project Manager (m/f/d) - Lighting Technology in the Automotive Sector
Introduction:
DSJ Global is currently looking for an experienced and highly motivated project manager to join a leading automotive company based in Thuringia, Germany. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects related to lighting technology within the automotive sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional teams through all phases of product development
- Develop and implement detailed project plans with milestones, time lines, resources allocation
and budget constraints
- Manage stakeholder expectations by providing timely updates on progress towards goals
and objectives.
- Ensure that all products are delivered according to specifications while meeting quality standards,
budgetary requirements and deadlines.
Qualifications & Skills Required :
To be considered as a potential candidate we require you possess some or more of these qualifications/ skills:
Project Management Experience - 5+ years experience working as a Project Manager preferably within the automobile industry; Ability to manage multiple complex tasks simultaneously whilst maintaining strong attention detail.
Leadership - Proven track record of successfully leading multi-disciplinary engineering teams from concept design phase through production implementation
Excellent Communication - Excellent communication abilities both verbal/written English essential & German language proficiency preferred would help facilitate understanding between team members effectively
Problem Solver - Strong problem-solving capabilities coupled with ability think critically under pressure situations
