Title: Senior Manager - Courier, Express, Parcel (M/F/D) in Germany
Are you ready to take on a senior management position that will challenge your skills and expertise? Our client is seeking an experienced professional who can lead their courier, express and parcel operations in Germany. As the Senior Manager of this team, you'll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of logistics with focus on Express.
Responsibilities:
- Develop strategic plans to optimize business performance
- Oversee daily operation activities such as dispatching drivers
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders including customers and suppliers
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Qualifications:
To qualify for this role we require candidates have:
Education & Experience-
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
* At least 5 years' relevant work experience within Logistics/3PL industry,
with particular emphasis on Courier Express and Parcel.
* Strong leadership capabilities gained from managing teams at various levels.
