Summary:
A global leading dairy manufacturer is looking to bring on a new Senior Manager of Engineering. This position will be full time on site in Le Mars, IA. Reports directly to the Plant Manager and Director of Engineering.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure mechanical and electrical support for production and facilities.
- Collaborate with management to enhance safety, quality, and equipment reliability.
- Lead capital projects to meet scope, time, and budget goals.
- Implement preventive maintenance using a computerized management system.
- Enforce compliance with regulations and corporate standards while promoting safety and environmental responsibility.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering; relevant experience may be considered instead.
- At least 7 years of engineering experience, with preference for dairy industry experience.
- Minimum 5 years of team supervision or management experience.
