The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing procurement projects within various industries across Germany. Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on all aspects of procurement activities including sourcing strategy development, supplier selection process management and contract negotiation
- Analyze current market trends as well as industry-specific requirements to identify potential opportunities for improvement
- Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels both internally & externally.
Skills Required:
1. Proven experience working directly or indirectly within consultancy services related roles dealing specifically with procurement functions
2.Experience leading complex strategic sourcing initiatives from conception through implementation; end-to-end category ownership is essential.
3.Demonstrated ability negotiating contracts utilizing T&Cs (terms and conditions), agreements etc., ensuring legal compliance throughout every stage of each transaction made.
Qualifications Needed:
1.A minimum bachelor's degree preferably in engineering/finance/business-related disciplines coupled together relevant professional certifications such as CIPS/CPP
2.Minimum 5 years' direct work experience required along with demonstrated success driving significant savings results
