Role Overview
As a Field Sales Executive, you will be the ambassador for our client, responsible for establishing and nurturing robust client relationships. Based in Germany, you will spend the majority of your time on the road, meeting potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting our comprehensive freight forwarding solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct extensive fieldwork to identify and engage with potential clients.
- Travel within assigned territories in Germany to meet clients and prospects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and rapport-building.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by promoting specialised freight forwarding services.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless and efficient service delivery.
- Provide regular updates on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the freight forwarding and e-commerce logistics environment.
- Valid driver's license and a willingness to travel extensively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Results-driven with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Fluent in German and English.
