Job Title: Site Engineer
Location: Salt Lake City, UT
DSJ Global is currently partnered with a leading consumer products manufacturer who are looking for a Site Engineer. In this role, you will be the site lead for managing the construction in progress for CAPEX projects. You will act at the point of contact for the engineering and leadership team for construction and installation issues as the primary engineering resource.
As the Site Engineer you will:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of on-site construction and engineering projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met within specified timelines and budgets. Align cross-functional teams on any changes to scope or changes in the field that are necessary.
- Conduct daily site assessments to identify project constraints and adjustments.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and stakeholders to facilitate project execution.
- Monitor and analyze project performance, making adjustments as needed to ensure successful outcomes.
As the Site Engineer you will need:
- 5 years of experience in CPG Manufacturing
- Leadership experience
- Experience implementing production lines and new equipment
- Engineering degree (Mechanical or Chemical)
