DSJ Global is seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as a Sourcing Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing the best quality wine and spirits from around the world, negotiating contracts with suppliers, managing inventory levels efficiently while ensuring that all products are delivered on time at competitive prices.
Job Description:
As our new Sourcing Manager - Wine & Spirits you will have several key responsibilities including but not limited to:
Procurement Management
- Negotiating supplier agreements
- Managing relationships with existing vendors
- Identifying potential new suppliers of high-quality wines and spirits
Inventory Control
-Maintaining optimal stock level whilst minimizing wastage.
-Managing product development process by coordinating between internal departments (sales/marketing)and external Suppliers/Customers.
Skills Required:
The ideal candidate should possess excellent analytical skills along with strong negotiation abilities. Additionally, they must also possess experience working within procurement management or similar positions related to catering industry operations . We're looking for someone who has proven ability in successfully developing business partnerships across international markets too!
Qualifications:
A degree-level qualification in Business Administration or any other relevant field is required alongside previous experiences mentioned above.
