- Identifying potential customers based in Germany and developing new business opportunities
- Selling air freight and ocean freight solutions to clients

Qualifications & Skills Required:
We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications and skills:
- 5+ years experience within commercial logistics or related field
- Proven track record in successfully developing new business accounts with key accounts
- Strong leadership skills with prior management experience preferred
- Excellent negotiation and account development skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
